Returns / Refunds / Exchanges

Any full-priced item (excluding sale items) may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (minus shipping) if you are in any way unsatisfied with your product. In order to qualify for a refund, the product must be returned in exactly the same manner as it was delivered. For Tiny Undies 3-packs, underwear must still be in resealable bag, packaging intact, cosmetically and functionally as new. If the packaging is damaged, you will be charged a small restocking fee. If the product is damaged (by you or your child), we can not accept the return.

If the issue is our fault (such as in the case of a defective or damaged item or a mis-shipment), please contact us immediately, including your order number and what the issue is. If defective or damaged, we will get you a replacement as soon as possible. Should you need to return a defective or damaged item, you will receive a refund of the purchase price along with reimbursement for the return shipping costs. We will exchange your items and pay for outgoing shipping to you as well.

If you made a mistake in your order, you will have to cover shipping both ways, but we will happily exchange the product or refund the product cost as quickly as possible so long as the packaging is intact. See above for more on that. In any case, please contact us immediately with your order number and further details and we’ll help you with the exchange right away.

Lastly, if there is an issue that is somewhere between your responsibility and ours, we’ll meet you in the middle! We aim to make things easy for you and want you to be really happy with your experience here.
