We ship all orders by 1-2 business days, if the items are all in stock. But honestly – during our non-holiday ordering periods, most orders will ship the same or next business day.
All shipping is done via the US Postal Service. After your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number and easy tracking info.

When will I receive my order? Is there a way to track my shipment?
- Yes, of course! Go to your Account Page and you’ll see the tracking number(s) for your shipment(s). We also email shipping notifications so be sure to check your inbox and spam folders for our emails, which also contain your tracking number(s).
Can you ship via UPS/FedEx/DHL/etc.?
- We’re keeping it simple and inexpensive. USPS is currently the only shipping option, but you can select Priority Mail for faster domestic shipping.
How much to ship to …?
- Please add items to your cart, visit your cart page where you can put in your shipping destination, and then the shipping will be automatically calculated for you.
Do you ship internationally?
- Yes! Folks need Tiny Undies the world over. Just select your country at checkout and shipping will be calculated for you. We handle all customs forms on our end of things and we ship on the next business day.
Do you offer free shipping?
- Yes, if you are shipping to the US and have over $65 of items in your cart (pre-tax and pre-shipping), you will automatically get free shipping when you checkout.
You may pay via credit or debit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover) or with your PayPal account. We do not accept checks, wire transfer, or any other form of payment. You can pay via our super-secure checkout system here on our website or you can call us to place your order and make your payment over the phone. We never keep a copy of your credit card number, no matter which way you pay (online or on the phone).
